My First Crush

                                                       My First Crush

When you recall of your Childhood Crush,
do you smile or do you blush,
do you remember
what happened when you were together,
Or is it all gone,
Just as the wind carried dust along with some feathers,
For me, it was you who has taught me how to love,
For me, our memory was not  Just a trove,
Definitely, these memories will be our best-untold tale,
and will always make me smile without any fail,
No matter How old I become will always smile when
I think of you,
will always cherish how u made me realise the
The meaning of love to be true,
Though that time will never come back,
But my brain never forgets to keep a track,
I miss finding my name in your best friend's list,
and miss those DIY band on each other's fist,
We would bunk those prayers Just to be together,
Just the silence and still we understood each other.
Wish I had a chance to go back,
would pause those moments and relax like a slack,
will never want that childhood to pass,
What if it makes me repeat infinite times the same class

Matar Kachori Khasta Recipe

Essential Ingredients

whole purpose  Flour or maida-2 cups
peas - 1.5 cups( grounded) Dardara
Ghee - 4 tablespoons
Salt - to taste
Asafoetida-1 pinch
Cumin powder- ½ teaspoon
Turmeric powder- ¼ teaspoon
Green Chili - 2 to 3 (Finely Chopped)
Ginger Paste - 1 Tablespoon
Coriander Powder- 1 Tablespoon
Fennel Powder- 1 Tablespoon
Amchoor Powder- ½ Tablespoon
Red Chili Powder- ¼ teaspoon
Garam Masala- ¼ teaspoon
Oil-to fry
Method - How to make Green Peas Stuffed Layered Kachori
For the dough
Prepare the maida first to make peas out of the loaf. To spray the flour, take a flour in a big bowl and add 2 tablespoons of ghee, Add salt just half of what you would add to the Mixture later and mix it. Add some water in the maida and make a soft dough.which would require 1/2 cup of water and if needed add more of flour to make dough soft. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and keep it aside for next 15 to 20 mins. Now the dough is ready for cooking.

For the stuffing

Heat the pan and put 2 and 1/2 tablespoons of oil in the pan. Let the oil to heat. Now Add a pinch of asafetida , cumin powder 1/2 a teaspoon, and turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon in hot oil, reduce the flame add chillies to it, now add 1 teaspoon of coriander powder and fennel powder 1 teaspoon, Now Add grounded peas to it, mix it well and cook till the peas are prepared. Then add the dry mango powder or amchoor powder 1/2 a teaspoon( it is usually added on the latter stage to keep the mango taste as it is and not to turn the dish dark in colour try it to see it) Add chilly to your taste for me 1/4 is enough but if you like spicier add more or it or add more green chillies.. garam masala 1/2 a teaspoon Salt to taste because some people eat less and some eat more so it depends on your intake... and yes remember you already have Added salt to the dough mixture so dont add much to it add little less than you would add for the veggie purpose, and cook the mixture for 6 to 9 minute in medium flame... because we have taken it in coarsely grounded(dardara) form so it will take some time cook and once the masala release some oil close the gas and let the mixture to cool

For the kachoris.

Make small balls from the dough for the kachoris. and keep oil for heating to fry the kachoris

Make small loaves and fill it with the filling and wrap it like you do for Stuffed Parathas ... now with the help of rolling pin, you can roll for making it a little larger in shape or desired shape or what I do is I press gently with Hands to make the balls little circular in shape neither too big nor too small...
see if you oil is hot by adding a wooden stick or a small piece of dough once it starts floating then you all ready to fry the kachoris... keep the flame on medium-low as kachori has to be crunchy and if cooked on high flame it will be partially cooked and won't taste good... the whole frying process might take time but as it is said what you sow you reap so your patience would reward you with good crunchy kachoris... let it fry till it turns golden brown colour from both the side...remove it and put it on a kitchen towel to remove excess of oil...

serve it with sliced onion and green coriander chatni or maybe u can use tomato chatni too...

Enjoy the recipe and do mention in the comment below as how did you make it and how did it taste Like...

suggestion

If you do not have Cumin or fennel powder no worries Just roast them for 2 min till it starts smelling good and then grind them .. Here again, you want it finely grounded or coarsely depends entirely On your preference ...You can make it for normal flour too if you have maida intolerance but the only trick is that it has to be cooked in low flame... and wait patiently...

Korean Toner Trick Will Give You the Glowing Skin with Just seven steps of application

Imagine bouncy, radiant skin that’s plumped up with hydration—you know, the kind of skin glow you want to keep .Now, imagine being able to have skin like this on a daily basis.

Korean beauty bloggers have started buzzing more and more about this hydration hack since a long time. The tip evolved from a three-skin method to the now almost-revered seven-skin method and also five step beauty hack for time savers.

 What is it exactly?

In short, it’s layering on three to seven layers of toner or an essence-and-toner-in-one (Koreans call these products “skin,” thus the name seven-skin method) immediately after cleansing. Is sounds bizarre but there is a method of doing so... he he he
Keep scrolling to find out why (and how) you should try the seven-skin method.

How does it work?

When you apply a ton of skincare products on your skin at one time, sometimes before your skin actually absorbs the product, the product evaporates from the skin or sits atop the skin and doesn’t truly get absorbed.
This toner-layering method allows for your skin to absorb one thin layer of the hydrating toner (or essence) so that, ultimately, more of the product is absorbed.
This seven-skin method cleverly allows your skin to drink up the toner/essence/”skin” much more than it normally would by letting the skin soak up one thin layer at a time. And by doing this seven times, the skin is getting a healthy amount of hydrating ingredients, which end up giving your skin that just-got-a-facial glow.
What’s great is that unlike a facial that you might get once in a while, if you do this seven-skin method consistently, your skin ends up looking better and better because the ample hydration levels actually help create a healthier skin environment in which skin cells function better.

How do I do the seven-skin method?

I know—seven layers. It sounds like a lot of time and product. And it is, but only if you compare it to your normal skincare routine. However, if you compare this to a facial, it takes far less time and money… And after having tried this method for several months now, my normally dry skin has looked beyond radiant and has been totally plumped up. It really works, which makes it worth it. (For the record, it's not exactly seven times more product—it's more like three to four times more product. So, yes, you are definitely using up more product, but each application is a bit less than what you might use if you're doing one layer of toner.)
Here's how to do it:

Step 1: Cleanse your face.
Step 2: Pat face dry , do not use towel but insted use your palms and pat it to dry .It's best if you apply the first layer of toner when your face is slightly damp, versus totally dry. This first layer can be applied using a cotton pad or just your hands. I recommend starting from the inside of your face toward your nose and sweeping gently upward and outward. Or target the driest areas of your face first and start there.
Step 3: Use your hands to press the second layer of toner in. Simply pour a dime-sized drop in your palms, and pat it into skin. Wait a short amount of time between the steps when your face feels a little damp versus very wet from the product. This allows the product to be absorbed in and means you are ready for that next layer.
Step 4: Repeat five more times. After that seventh layer, you can play around! You can use your other serums—your skin will be extra-primed to absorb your serum—or seal it all in with a moisturizer. In the summer months, especially if you have oily skin, some women don’t even need to do anything else after seven layers of a hydrating toner or essence-toner.

Tip: The idea behind the technique is to help your skin drink in the product, so you can adjust as you see fit. Some do the seven-skin method weekly and do a three or five-skin method every other day. For me personally, I end up doing the seven-skin method around every other day in the evenings, and at least three skin layers every other day. I mostly play it by ear, though, and adjust it based on how my skin is feeling.

Finding your ideal number of layers:

I have tried doing up to 11 layers on a particularly dry day with a gentle, very watery toner, and my skin loved it. However, more isn’t always better as too much of a good thing can also irritate the skin. I recommend working up to seven layers. I started off with three layers, saw my skin handled that just fine, then went up to five and loved it. I stuck with seven soon after, consistently, and now only do even more layers than seven when I get off a drying long-haul flight or had a really late night. This seven-skin method is so great because it really encourages you to get to know your skin and play around with the number of layers your skin soaks in and loves. That said, most skin types are going to drink seven layers right up. And then thank you by staying radiant and bouncy all day.
Do all toners work?
This is important: I highly recommend staying away from toners with synthetic fragrances, alcohol (also listed as ethanol or ethyl alcohol, denatured alcohol, methanol, isopropyl alcohol, SD alcohol, and benzyl alcohol) and any cleansing properties (like a toner, essence and cleansing water-in-one) as those can be irritating if applied too many times.

Try this and let me know how did your skin feel.
One more beauty tips when ever you wash your face try to pat dry and not dry with a towel, Just as we need to drink water to Hydrate skin so does our face needs water to keep itself Hydrated .... Hope everyone to have a glowy skin

May be i saw a secret UFO base in the terrain of himalayas

I am not at all a believer of conspiracy theory but what I just saw took away my breath for a few seconds, something appears to be looking like a building in the middle of nowhere. How is this possible the surroundings were all full of snow but this building I am really not sure of whatever it was just happened to be seen.
To me, it looks something like a  building ... You guys see and decide what I just saw was what I think or maybe I might be mistaken and overwhelmed with my Findings
